Walk in your neighborhood and also get some fresh air. You can buy weights, yoga mats, and other equipment for home exercising. It does not matter what you do, as long as you exercise for at least 3o minutes everyday.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Some are better than others, but they all tend to be better than processed foods. A diet that includes protein and a lot of fruits and vegetables are best. Carbohydrates and sugar must be used with care and sparingly. It does not have to be cut out completely.

Sleep enough

Getting enough sleep is more important than you might think. Sleep helps your body heal, rebalance, and rest. This is very important if you want to function at your best. Your brain needs rest and time to process the events of the day.
